ScholarSprint was born from a simple frustration — international students deserve better tools than a chaotic spreadsheet and a prayer.
We know what it feels like to navigate university applications across multiple countries, in multiple languages, with multiple deadlines — all while trying to figure out which documents go where, which portal to use, and which deadline is actually final.
International students are incredibly ambitious. Applying to Oxford, Harvard, Sciences Po, and Melbourne simultaneously takes courage, intelligence, and enormous organisation. The last thing you need is to lose track of a deadline because it was buried in a spreadsheet tab you forgot to check.
We built ScholarSprint to be the tool we wished existed — simple, focused, and built specifically for students applying across borders. Not a generic project manager. Not an expensive counselling platform. Just a clean, smart tracker that keeps you organised and reminds you what to do next.
ScholarSprint is operated by a small international team with a deep belief that where you are born should never limit where you can study.
Everything we build is guided by three principles.
We believe talent exists everywhere. ScholarSprint is built for students in Mongolia, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, and every country whose students are underserved by existing tools.
We cut every feature that does not directly help you submit a better application on time. No bloat. No upsells disguised as features. Just the tools you actually need.
Reply to any ScholarSprint email and a real team member reads it. We are a small team that genuinely cares whether you get accepted. Your success is our product.
ScholarSprint is currently tracking applications to universities across 12 countries. Every feature we build comes from real student feedback. If something is missing, we want to hear about it.
